The 2027 Swift Montreal Lodge combines generous twin-unit accommodation with a warm farmhouse-inspired interior. Designed with families in mind, it offers flexible living space, excellent storage and a residential specification suitable for comfortable getaways throughout the seasons.

Its neutral interior combines Tobacco Halifax Oak, Stone Grey and Truffle Brown finishes, creating a relaxed backdrop that can be easily personalised. A practical entrance utility area provides storage cupboards, coat hooks, a bench and a shoe rack—ideal for managing muddy boots, outdoor equipment and pets.

Front sliding doors and a full-height feature window fill the open-plan living area with natural light. Freestanding sofas, a coffee table with upholstered stools and a dedicated television unit create a comfortable space in which the whole family can relax.

The L-shaped farmhouse kitchen features shaker-style cabinetry, oak-effect worktops, a four-burner gas hob, oven and grill, externally vented extractor, integrated fridge freezer and microwave. A freestanding dining table and chairs provide plenty of space for family meals.

The main bedroom includes a king-size lift-up storage bed with a premium Duvalay Alba-Ortho mattress, a spacious walk-in dressing room, vanity area and private en-suite shower. Additional bedrooms feature full-size twin beds, generous wardrobes and dedicated vanity areas, with the three-bedroom layout offering the option of a second double bed.

Built to BS 3632:2023 residential specifications, the Montreal Lodge includes Thermaglass double glazing, high-performance insulation and gas central heating. It is available as a 40ft × 20ft two-bedroom lodge or a 41ft × 20ft three-bedroom lodge.
