The 2027 ABI Eden is a luxurious holiday lodge designed around generous living spaces, premium comfort and time spent together. Its natural colour palette combines warm timber finishes with ocean-inspired feature walls, creating a calm and welcoming place to escape.

Feature front windows and twin patio doors fill the open-plan living area with natural light. Two freestanding sofas, a comfortable storage pouffe, feature electric fire and floor-standing lamp provide an inviting setting for relaxing and entertaining.

The beautifully equipped kitchen includes a range cooker, separate integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and wine cooler. A porcelain sink, extensive 40mm worktops, soft-close storage and fitted cutlery tray provide the practicality expected from a premium lodge.

A breakfast bar with three stools sits alongside a freestanding dining table and six chairs, providing plenty of space for informal dining, family meals and guests. The two-bedroom layout also includes a separate utility room, while the three-bedroom model has a dedicated utility area with an integrated washing machine.

Available with two or three bedrooms, the Eden includes divan beds throughout and a king-size lift-up storage bed in the main bedroom. Premium pocket-sprung mattresses, television points, USB charging sockets and bedside wall lights are included.

The main bedroom benefits from a private en-suite shower room, while the family bathroom includes a full-size bath with a shower enclosure. A fold-out lounge bed provides additional sleeping accommodation when required.

Residential specification to BS 3632, gas central heating, a fully galvanised heavy-duty chassis and premium CanExel exterior cladding are included as standard.
