New for 2027, the Swift Clermont Lodge combines country-inspired character with an impressive residential specification. Available in two and three-bedroom layouts, it offers generous accommodation, excellent storage and a welcoming interior designed for comfortable family getaways throughout the seasons.

Rich rhubarb panelling, matt-black accents, neutral upholstery and softly woven fabrics give the Clermont its distinctive style. Front double sliding doors fill the open-plan living area with natural light, while freestanding seating, an upholstered coffee table and a feature stove-style fire create a warm and comfortable place to unwind.

The U-shaped kitchen features marble-effect worktops, a white tiled-effect splashback and a black cast-resin sink. Appliances include a four-burner gas hob, oven and grill, integrated American-style fridge freezer, microwave and externally vented extractor. A freestanding dining table and chairs complete the spacious kitchen and dining area.

The main bedroom includes a king-size lift-up storage bed with a Duvalay mattress, padded headboard, freestanding bedside cabinets, double wardrobe and vanity area. It also benefits from a private en-suite with a walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms provide comfortable twin beds, dedicated storage, vanity areas and their own television points.

Built to BS 3632 residential specifications, the Clermont Lodge includes Thermaglass double glazing, gas central heating and high-performance insulation throughout. It is available as a 41ft × 13ft two-bedroom lodge or a 42ft × 13ft three-bedroom lodge.
